YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the management team
- Help the leadership team stay focused, prepared and well organized by proactively managing their agendas and ensuring that priorities are clearly structured and followed up.
- Support company initiatives and internal projects, helping them run smoothly from planning through execution.
- Act as the central point of contact for all day-to-day office matters, making sure everything runs seamlessly and efficiently behind the scenes.
- Manage suppliers, orders and office budgets while keeping a close eye on quality, efficiency and cost awareness.
- Organize team moments, celebrations and internal events.
- Support the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Assist with the follow-up of expense notes, helping maintain clear and accurate administration.
- Plan and coordinate business trips (flights, hotels, transfers, agendas)
- Support the organization of trade fairs and company events, helping ensure that logistics and preparation are handled professionally.
- Provide hands-on support during event preparation and follow-up to guarantee a smooth and successful outcome.
