As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and technology. You'll travel extensively to meet clients, primarily in the United States, helping them understand and adopt our software in fast-paced production environments.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends technical consultation, live product demos and close collaboration with sales and product teams. Tasks & Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations: Lead compelling live and virtual demos of our platform, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers.
- On-Site Engagements: Visit client sites (mainly in the US and EU) to provide hands-on support during trials, demos and onboarding sessions.
- Technical Pre-Sales Support: Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
- Customer Discovery: Analyze client workflows and needs, identify opportunities for integration and help validate the business and technical fit of our solution.
- Field Feedback: Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements.
- Collaboration: When not traveling, support remote demos, refine documentation and work closely with the broader team to improve the overall sales experience.
