CORE ASSIGNMENTS
- Develop Targeted Strategies: Create innovative outbound sales strategies to engage high-value prospects. You’ll receive a lot of creative freedom to implement the strategy.
- Lead Execution: Oversee cold calling, email campaigns, and outreach sequences to generate leads.
- Personalized Outreach: Identify key segments and tailor outreach to boost engagement and conversions. There will be room to experiment to find out what works best.
- Build a Multi-Channel Engine: Develop scalable pipeline generation using email, calls, social, video, and events.
- Coaching: Coach SDRs and AEs, focusing on outreach, lead qualification, and performance goals.
- Stay Hands-On: Actively participate in sales activities, including handling major deals and attending industry events.
- Set & Monitor KPIs: Define performance metrics for the sales team, tracking individual and team progress.
- Collaborate on GTM Plans: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align outbound sales with go-to-market strategies. We believe in close collaboration, not in separate islands.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage and track the outbound pipeline, ensuring lead qualification and accurate reporting.
