You're not just any Software Automation/Integration Engineer. You're the one who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, enjoys working closely with clients, and has a knack for integrating diverse software and hardware systems seamlessly. To put it simply: you're passionate about shaping the future of broadcasting through innovative automation solutions.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

  • Integration Innovator: Take ownership of integrating our 'Automator' product with a diverse range of broadcast equipment and software systems, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality. You create integrations with a variety of broadcast equipment and software systems, including cameras, sound mixers, cloud-based broadcasting software products - such as vMix, Ember+ or OSC - and vendor-specific protocols.
  • Bug Buster Extraordinaire: Handle bug reports with precision, from initial diagnosis to resolution, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders and providing timely feedback.
  • Client-Centric Collaboration: Engage in regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand their integration needs, gather feedback, and ensure project success.
  • Theoretical Expertise: Leverage your theoretical background and deep understanding of technology to design and implement robust integration solutions.
  • Packaging and Distribution Guru: Utilize your skills in packaging and distributing binaries to ensure smooth deployment and installation of integration solutions.
  • Documentation Dynamo: Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, ensuring clarity and facilitating knowledge transfer.
  • Tech Stack Trailblazer: Harness the power of our tech stack to create exceptional user experiences, including:

    • Node.js
    • Svelte
    • Vite (SvelteKit)
    • Tailwind CSS
    • Pusher
Your profile
  • You preferably hold a master's degree in computer science or a related field (not mandatory).
  • You bring min. 4-5 years of experience in building and maintaining modern web applications, with a strong focus on Node.js, Svelte & Tailwind CSS or other component-based frameworks (Vue.js/React) and CSS frameworks.
  • Previous experience in a technical/software position in broadcasting or media is a huge plus.
  • You have experience handling bug reports, describing issues, communicating effectively with clients, and providing timely feedback.
  • You possess excellent client-oriented and project-based work skills.
  • You have a strong theoretical background and understanding of technology, with a focus on software integration.
  • Proficiency in packaging and distributing binaries for classic app development is essential.
  • You're based in Belgium, with a willingness to travel sporadically within Belgium and Europe for onsite integrations.
